Scarecrow Witch Hat

This fun hat was inspired by scarecrows and the crows that aren't scared of them. It's handmade from cork fabric, satin, and vintage flannel with feathers, beads, and buttons, using some traditional millinery sewing methods. The structure is provided by foam interfacing with no wires. Fits most adults. Approximately 18 inches tall.
