Quilted Black Cat Witch Hat

This fun, quilted hat is covered in black cats, including the vintage brooch. It uses some traditional millinery handsewing methods to add the ruffled hatband and flowing black satin bow in the back. 

The hat is fully lined with black satin. The structure is provided by foam interfacing with no wires. Fits most adults. Approximately 18 inches tall.
